'YOU PEOPLE OF LITTLE FAITH'.

Hallo my reader, i am sure you are having a good day today. To have a good day you just have to wish it, tell God it must be so and it happens. Try it, it works for me.

Today i have a variety of short stories to tell you. Fist up is the fact that my man Obama got the better of mitt Romney. Such a relief. i am all the way here in Kenya and i could feel the sustained pressure from Romney. What more Obama and the Democrats. With just few days to the elections it was headed to the wire. It was any mans game.  Still is btw.

Unfortunately for Romney, he could not keep up the momentum. He collapsed just as i expected him to. It was a  night in Florida and had he carried the day, he would have been the next man in the white house. Sadly for him the discussions focused majorly on foreign policy. A topic mitt might have dreaded given his many stumbles with such topics. His tour of Europe and the east is a testament to this. The Americans preferred baseball on this night. Limiting the many that would have watched Mitt crumble. Much to my displeasure. Anyway i am sure they read the papers the next day. I wont be surprised to seen Obama maintain the white house now. All the best barrack.

My next story is based on this past weekend and this week. I have had a terrible week, a week from hell. Majorly because of that team i support called Arsenal. They never miss on a chance to piss me off. So last weekend i went to my local pub to watch match day fixtures. First up Chelsea vs Spurs. This is where i met a weired man. Weird in a good way. The architect of my title today.

His team Chelsea were losing the game after a good start. I sat next to some Chelsea fans and all of them were cursing their luck. All except this man. All saddened by a looming defeat. While all the others were busy hurling insults at Roberto and his team, he told them not to worry. His exact words were, 'You people of little faith'. 'Calm down' he said. 'Spurs cannot bite'. I looked at him and told him he was dreaming. I was sure of the defeat. He kept to his guns and truly they won that game. What a guy!

So fast forward to our game, a game that was to be a walk in the park. Sadly that's not how Wenger and co planned it, or should i say Grant Holt and his mates had an early Christmas present for their fans??? Pick either. We were losing as early as the twentieth minute. This was too early, I thought. This was Arsenal and i was sure of a come back. But when things were not changing and we were headed for defeat, i dreaded my next thought.. I was about to use the word i told 'that' man i would not use. 'You people of little faith', i tried to copy the man amidst the unrest from Arsenal supporters. I was very vocal. I believed that if it worked for him them such blessings could not escape me too. Now you know the out come of that game. We lost. Without putting up a fight. I was the laughing stock. Arsenal had disgraced me in front of my friends.

Bad luck cant befall me twice, or so i thought. i went back this past Wednesday to support my team. This time i was determined to use that phrase and win. 'You people of little faith', i said when Arsenal started losing again, leaving their loyal supporters at this pub disgusted. I was so sure my word would come good this time. The result....., we lost. Twice in a roll i failed. I am still unsure if i want to use that word again this weekend....i will have decided by tomorrow anyway.....

BTW Zambia celebrated their Independence recently. Such a good country with good people. They gave me some of the best highlights of my teenage years. May GOD bless Zambia. One Zambia one, nation. Please don't be 'People of little faith'...lol.

'A gentle answer turn away wrath, but a harsh word stirs up anger' that's the wise word for today.
Good day happy people.
